The Where-To How-To Guide to the UDC Library
On the patron's main page of their Alma record, you will see "Active balance" on the righthand side. If you click on the balance, you can see more detailed information including itemized fines/fees, those being disputed, etc. You can also inform the patrons that they may look up their fine in their library account, which is linked on the library's homepage.
